After receiving the product, an unboxing video is mandatory, which will be used as evidence.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must claim within 7 working days. Claims without filling out the form will not be accepted.
If the customer wants to exchange after receiving the correct product, they must fill out the form and pay 2x the delivery charge within 7 days.
No exchange or complaint is accepted after 7 days.
Defective products can be returned to the delivery man at the time of delivery.
For return in case of change of mind, not being at the location, or not satisfied, only delivery charges will be charged:
Within Dhaka City: ৳70
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Used, washed, or unsealed products are not returnable. However, if a defect is found within 7 days, it is exchangeable.
For refund, the product must be sent back to our warehouse and must be in the promised condition.
The refund process may take 7–15 working days to complete.
Filling in our prescribed form is mandatory for refunds and returns.
All complaints/claims must be made through the Google form prescribed by Herota.
Our representative will contact you within 1–3 working days after filling out the form.
Complaints reported only to Messenger or Customer Care without filling out the form are not resolvable.
